− We booked a 3-rooms appartment for our 4-people group (1 couple and 2 singles). Unfortunately it was 2-rooms appartment! because 1 room was locked (not available). Although the 2 rooms were big, the situation was very embarrassed for our group and me, as the one who booked the place, felt really bad. If we knew, we wouldn't have booked this appartment. The information should have been clear: if you book the flat for 4 people, there will be 2 rooms available, not 3.
