5.0Location & to be fair with some love & attention, this could be a great place to stay.
− Probably quite telling when we arrived, dog poo bag on the step, which had been there some time. Stair well walls stained & carpet on top step lose. The 2 chairs were stained & the bedding wasn't much better. No wine glasses at the property either, fortunately we brought our own. No suitable hooks for hanging clothes & no lid on kitchen waste bin. Sadly the place feels quite grubby, which is a shame because the owners are so helpful. Let down by poor standards of cleaning!!

Not what we was expecting
1.0Quiet area, easy to find and park
− It's not an apartment, it's a room above a garage. not a sofa bed just a pull out single bed. It only sleeps 3 people not 4. It was dirty and smelt of damp. Soap scum on the shower screen and in the shower screen track. Cobwebs. Dust on low hanging lights and behind bathroom door. Stains on the carpet and furniture. Heating can't be controlled in the room so we were cold. No hot water in the shower. The photos on the app are well taken. When we arrived we wondered why the windows were open when it was raining. It was to try and cover the damp smell

3.0The studio is in a good location, walking distance to the shops etc.
− The studio needs repainting as the walls look dirty and marked. The carpet needs cleaning or replacing with something more robust. The pillows were flat. The extra bed was uncomfortable. The shower wouldn’t heat and we had to run the sink tap to make it heat up. It kept going cold whilst we were in the shower. There is no hob for basic cooking. There were dogs toys / balls under the bed. The chairs were filthy. Not a pleasant experience overall. It needs better maintaining.
