Communication a bit lacking

− Sent 2 different key codes, neither worked. Sent 2 phone numbers one didn't connect. The owner blamed booking .com for not sending the correct code. An email arrived with correct code 5 mins after the phone call to the owner. All the windows had been left open so it was freezing cold. Shut the windows and turned on heating, one heater and the towel rail didn't seem to work and later the place smelt of stale cigarettes. Didn't sleep well as the bed was noisy when we moved, we think it was the mattress protector This was booked by me for visiting relatives, so I was a bit upset, especially the access issues

10.0The only positive was the location. You are central too everything. It served its purpose for us
− The kitchen tap.was broken, the kettle was also broken-both leaked There was no bedding in.e sheets, duvet covers or pillow cases just duvets for the sofa bed or the pull out bed. As we were in the loft room we felt there should have been fans available as it was so hot. There was also no proper kitchen utensils i.e Colonder to drain food into. The freezer compartment also leaked so all our food & drinks got wet. We only had 2 towels which wasn't enough as we came as a family of 4. There were things that could have been finished which weren't. The carpet in the living room was not only fitted incorrectly but was also filthy with stains. The bathroom had a foisty/mouldy smell. The shower hadn't been cleaned properly as there was still sand in from the previous visitors. If you are too stay here I would suggest bringing extra towels, kitchen equipment i.e colonder, serving spoons & a spatula. This could be a lovely apartment if things were rectified. Would we stay here again unfortunately not
Perfect for short stays
9.0Ideal location, easy straight forward access and more than value for money. The kitchen aids for home eating etc wasn't needed for our 1 night stay.
