A comfortable stay, the apartment was clean, bright and airy and conveniently very close to Brighton train station.
8.0The property was very comfortable , lovely bed rooms the house was clean and tastefully decorated with adequate bathrooms for the number of people occupying the property. Any immediate issues identified on arrival, was promptly dealt with by the agent.
− Areas which could improve, is for there to be an inventory check prior to guest arrival as we found there were insufficient cutlery , the sofa bed linen was not supplied. The large frying pan surface was burnt beyond use so we fortunately had a small frying pan to use and there were no baking trays to bake/ grill food. A tall long length mirror would be useful . As there were 6 people, we ran out of toilet paper by day 3. The TV app did not work as instructed in the kitchen so we cast from our iPad to the TV. We noted all beds were double, a twin bed room would be useful. One of the guest slept in the loft room, as the kitchen /diner was used to watch the TV World cup football matches. The loft sofa, was not a sofa bed and the room had no windows.

10.0The property had everything we needed, comfortable beds, all amenities. So close to the station, a big bonus, especially with luggage. Lots of fabulous cafes, restaurants nearby.

9.0Travelled by train, so location could not have been better. Good sized place, clean & tidy. Bit of confusion re the sofa bed being made up, but turned out my fault & was quickly resolved.
− Couldn’t get either tv to work, but 5 blokes in their 60s, probably explains that.
