Good range of sex toys for the one night.

− We stayed here a few years ago and I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the place but I think it needs a revamp and a better cleaner. The floor was filthy and it was very damp even though they're was a dehumidifier. The air con didn't work as it was on 26 degrees with no remote control but because it is in the basement that saved us as we were in the middle of a heat wave. The decoration in the bedroom was looking tired, cheap and worn, especially the bedding. Only 2 tiny towels were provided which looked about 20 years old, they were so thin. Some of the toys were not working. I couldn't wait to leave the next day, I felt very grimy even though I showered. It was a shame as my first experience was so good.

− Absolutely everything. The place was really dirty, the cutlery and plates had never been washed ( i have taken photos). The overwhelming dampness caused both my partner and I to get a rash similar to bites and wheezing and streaming eyes. The smoke alarm in the kitchen area had been dismantled which was a serious cause for concern had there been a fire. The booklet on the table said that in an emergency we had to climb out of the window that was in a basement but the there was a steel mesh above window on ground level/pavement, but it said could be kicked off easily in an emergency. At no point did we have any contact with host , also there wasn’t any champagne or chocolates that was supposed to be complimentary. I get that this hotel is a kind of gimmick kind of thing, but i am highly disappointed with bookings. com as i had always thought that booking a stay with you came with a level of standards. This particular place has let you down. I am seriously considering using another site from now on. I do have 2 upcoming stays booked through you but i am considering my options right now. I would like to hear from you about this.

As an erotic boudoir and dungeon, it's what you'd expect. Well laid out with everything you'd need.

− There was a TV and dvd collection. This wasn't well maintained and therefore not useful. We didn't necessarily want it but as it was there we had a look.

It’s a very naughty place, but you have to give it a try

Fun but wouldn’t stay again unless it had a major hygiene overhaul

Most of the equipment was good, some bits broken

− Very dirty, floor was filthy. Place was generally shabby and needs refreshing. Bed was like sleeping on planks of wood!
