− Ontbreken van een vrieskastje in de koelkast. Dit behoort tot de standaard te zijn. Ontbreken vrieskastje was ten onrechte vooraf niet aangekondigd. Personeel was niet bereid om het probleem op te lossen

8.0Nice and spacious apartment, kitchen very well equiped, above standart. Unfortunatelly bunch of little things that made our stay not so enjoyable. At the end of Krumh. street, for some far to walk to ski lift.
− Getting keys was real mess, very unprofessional. At the end we got only 1 key (very inconvinient for 2 couples). There was only 1 roll of toilet paper (we arrived Saturday afternoon, Sunday shops are closed, so after 7 hr journey first thing you gotta do is go shopping for this). No soap, handwash. No dishwashing liq., nothing to clean stove top with. No fridge, no ice. Bed linen full of stains. Dirty laundry from the whole house left by cleaners right at the entrance to our apt., remained there whole stay. Clock in kitchen doesn't work, tv remote broken....Bunch of little things very easy to fix to make the stay comfy and hussle-free...

10.0Apartma je prostoren in ima vse potrebno za udobno bivanje. Zagotovo bomo še prišli.
− Gondola Tauern Seilbahn je za pešačiti z vso smučarsko opremo kar daleč, cca. 400 m. Mi smo šli z avtom ampak je potem potrebno najti ustrezno parkirno mesto.

7.0המקום היה מעולה נח והוא נהדר עבור מי ששוהה בשבת ומקפיד בנושא התאורה אין תאורה אוטומטית והמפתח מכני ויש יציאה מאחור הנוף יפה ומתקני המטבח מעולים חוץ מזה שאין מקפיא ולכן הורדנו את הדירוג כי לנו זה היה ממש חשוב
− ממש התבאסנו שלא היה מקפיא זה היה ממש חשוב לנו ובנוסף אין רשתות בחלון ולכן יש הרבה זבובים ופרעושים

8.0Large apartments, full of equipment you need. Good parking, even after lot of snowing cleaned next morning. Nice terrace, great view, enough space in ski depot.
− Top2 squeak bed should be checked, cabin nearby old fashioned sometimes with rude and arrogant staff. Young employee let me go out from cabine to re-park the car from the place where the day before and after cars were parking whole day.
