10.0Condo and Hosts were wonderful. Short walk to the beach. Coffee across the street. Great sunset bar across the street as well. Condo was clean and well appointed.

10.0The condo was nice, clean and roomy! The view and privacy from the back balcony, was relaxing. The location to the beach and to a variety of restaurants made our stay pleasant. The owners were responsive to all my questions, promptly. The pool was a nice added touch. Oh, I cant I would recommend this condo for anyone’s stay in Clearwater Beach!, Florida.
− I honestly can’t think of anything I didn’t like about the condo. It will definitely stay at this property if I return to Clearwater Beach next year.

10.0It was perfect! Views were incredible and what was great was all of the little extras that made our lives so easy like a beach trolley and chairs. They had even left some sun protection spray as well. Kitchen was excellent kitted out as well. I would come back in a heartbeat!

10.0Phil was an amazing host! The condo itself was absolutely stunning! We are a family of 7 and it accommodated us perfectly! Very clean! Beautiful views of the bay off back balcony. Great location! Well equipped kitchen. All the necessary beach items ( beach wagon, buckets, shovels, 5 beach chairs, beach umbrellas, ect! Beds were amazing! Trolley stop right out front of the condo for easy travel around Clearwater! Parking is great. Beach is 5 min car ride! I highly recommend Phil's condo!😊
