10.0Cozy accommodation in a quiet location, yet very close to the sea or the center. The size of the apartment was ideal for 2 adults and a dog. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay. We appreciated the terrace the most, where we had breakfast or had wine in the evening. The kitchen is very well equipped. The equipment is almost new, everything was clean. The bedroom has a window to the north, which you will appreciate in the summer when the sun does not shine there. The terrace is oriented to the west. The terrace can be shaded. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a 3-story building. During our stay, the other apartments were empty, it was completely quiet. Parking is next to the house in a private parking lot, you can see the car from the terrace. We were welcome including our dog. About 5 minutes' walk to the sea - it's safe, there are sidewalks everywhere. If we go to Elba again, we will stay here again.
− the keys are collected from the agency which is on the coast - no problem for us, just pointing it out. They were very nice, accommodating, helpful at the agency! They also printed a new boat ticket for us because we had changes. Thank you
