− That we had to call and inform the staff when we will arrive, and yet had to wait for our key. I guess we disturbed their lunch time, but it could’ve been done in such a way that we needn’t wait. They could even tell us to go for a tea or something.

− Die Rollos dunkeln den großen Raum nicht gut ab. Das Bett war für unsere Verhältnisse zu weich.
