10.0Bardzo wygodny i przyjemny apartament. Wszystko zgodne z opisem. Apartament w pełni wyposażony. Z balkonu widok na basen i plac zabaw. Miejsce parkingowe w garażu to duży plus przy wysokich temperaturach. Bardzo miły właściciel. Generalnie gorąco polecam!

1.0Evan the price was paid in advance, nobody in 40 degrees reacted to our calls for several hours. Phones and email no answeres …Finally after many calls to booking, we had new accomodation. Until now we havent received our paid fees back from this accomodation ….

− Дуже неприємний досвід. Забронювали та повністю оплатили апартаменти біля моря для відпочинку з друзями. Бронювання було підтверджене. Однак після прибуття у зазначений час нас ніхто не зустрів, а власник не відповідав на дзвінки та повідомлення протягом 2,5 годин. Після цього бронювання просто скасували, залишивши нас фактично на вулиці без житла. Не рекомендую цього власника. Якщо бронюєте ці апартаменти, будьте готові залишитися без заброньованого місця для відпочинку. Щодо оцінки: якщо на Booking.com шкала від 1 до 10, то за такий сервіс цілком обґрунтовано поставити 1/10. Власник не виконав основне зобов'язання — не забезпечив заселення при підтвердженому бронюванні та не підтримував зв'язок. Якщо платформа дозволяє поставити 0, то й така оцінка була б виправданою.
