10.0Das Apartment befindet sich in der 7. Etage eines neuen Gebäudes und ist modern und hochwertig möbliert. Alles ist tadellos sauber und in bestem Zustand. Besonders erwähnenswert sind der Weinkühler im Wohnzimmer und die schönen Weingläser in der Vitrine, aber auch die kleine Waschküche bei der Küche ist gut durchdacht. Sehr schön ist auch die Dachterrasse. Der Platz in der Einstellhalle war zuerst etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, da es von der Strasse zuerst eine Etage runter und dann zwei Etagen steil ins G3 hoch geht. Ab dem zweiten Mal lief das dann aber problemlos. Die Müllcontainer befinden sich vor der Bank Caixa auf der anderen Strassenseite, wo sich auch der Supermarkt Desco Atacado befindet. Dort kann man jedoch nur mit CPF Nummer einkaufen. Es gibt jedoch einen zweiten Supermarkt im L’America Shopping Center, das 350m entfernt ist. Alles in allem ein Top Apartment mit sehr guter Betreuung durch Kely. Wir können die Wohnung vorbehaltlos empfehlen.

9.0O apartamento é encantador e sua infraestrutura corresponde exatamente ao que mostram as fotos. A garagem oferece espaço confortável para manobras, e a localização é excelente, com padarias, farmácias e shopping a poucos passos. Além disso, a anfitriã demonstrou um cuidado especial ao deixar pizzas e bebidas à disposição — uma gentileza que pode “salvar” quem chega tarde, com fome e sem conhecer o horário de funcionamento dos restaurantes e lanchonetes da cidade.
