Un soggiorno confortevole per una vacanza breve
7.0L'appartamento è molto grande e confortevole. Le camere sono spaziose, c'è un bel soggiorno ed un'area dove pranzare. Pulito e dotato di stoviglie, microonde, macchina del caffè e attrezzature per pulizia.
− Abbiamo avuto un inconveniente nel bagno, la doccia era solo fredda. Non ci sono zanzariere, di notte le zanzare ci hanno massacrato. La posizione dell' appartamento non è vicinissima alle spiaggia, camminando spediti almeno 10 minuti, circa 1 km

3.0L unica cosa positiva, è che in 5 minuti a piedi arrivi in passeggiata, in spiaggia e in centro.

8.0Nice, spacious apartament in the silent area of Cecina, with full expected equipment. Great covered parking place, what is an exception in the area. Just 7 min walk from the Cecina beach. Easy check in process by the agency, flexible hours, really appreciated. Very good price/value.
− Uncovered terrace accesable only form dusk till down. Furnishings dated/tired. Whole object needs ranovation. AC lack was obvious for the price, but there was not even one fan, so it got very stuffy during the windless days.

8.0Place is very quiet (at least in May), few minutes walking from the center and the beach. House is cute, with everything needed.
− They need 10€ per person if you want bedsheets and towels (which you probably do!). That's fine, it's still cheaper than equivalent stuff around, but it would be fairer to increase the price upfront.

The property does NOT provide towels and bed linen. However, if desired, they can be booked and provided by us at a cost of 10 euros per person. In this case, we will supply one set per person. To reserve bed linen and towels, we kindly ask that you inform us at least 3 days in advance. Payment for the linen, if requested, will be made upon arrival and will be added to the final price
