− Velmi špinavé. V místě se neuklízelo zřejmě již dlouho. Nánosy špíny, chuchvalce chlupů v koupelně, špinavé zdi, pavučiny, špinavé a flekaté matrace postelí. Místo je pěkné ale nutně potřebuje velký úklid (revitalizaci). Majitelé na základě informací od nás řekli, že na změně pracují … úklid slíbili řešit a obnova je prý v plánu tak snad další návštěvník již nebude tak zděšen jako my.

− Apartma ni vzdrževan, umazani prostori (prah, umazana vrata omaric, manjkajoča talna letev, umazane stene, pajčevina, umazan pribor v kuhinji)
