10.0Le logement est très grand avec 3 salles de bain ce qui est pratique pour la famille Lave linge ET sèche linge disponible La localisation est parfaite
− La clim dans la chambre ne fonctionnait pas à l' arrivée mais a rapidement été réparée dans l' heure où on a levé le problème La cuisine pourrait être plus complète : selon nous il pourrait y avoir plus de petites cuillères et du paic auc citron pour laver la vaisselle et des chiffons. Nous avons fait ce retour auprès de l' agence en espérant que cela soit pris en compte pour les futurs voyageurs

− Fridge needs work? Freezer not working. Interruptions at facility and no communication, stove was temperamental the one day, sink leaking, taps all leaking, beds area bit too hard, pillows are not the greatest. All minor and easily fixed.
Ótima estadia, perfeita localização e relativamente silencioso mesmo estando no coração da área turística.
10.0Localização é perfeita. Fica na rua mais bonita de Playa del Carmen. Apartamento limpo, muito espaçado e funcional. Condomínio com ótima piscina. Fácil comunicação com o anfitrião.
