Fabulous apartment for friends - clean, comfy and great location

The apartment was clean, modern and comfortable. The location was great and the host was very responsive and even helped effectively when we arrived extremely late. There were also great helpful supplies like washing up liquid, and pool towels were also included which was an unexpected bonus. The swimming pool for the block was also great - clean, comfortable sunbeds and quiet.

− A minor thing was that the air con units on the balcony made it too hot to sit outside

Spacious and good location

− This is a lovely apartment and we had a great stay I offer these comments as constructive suggestions to enhance our stay :- Terrace needs an awning as it is too hot to use in daytime. No shade at all Bathroom needs a shelf to put your toiletry stuff on Not a single hook in bathroom to hang towels on ……these are minor things to fix

It was a really ok apartment, perfect for families, they really have a lot of stuff for the beach, umbrella, children's toys, we even left a football there for someone.

− The only and biggest problem was that at 10:30, the owner barged into the house. The whole story started with the owner standing in front of the door since 9:30 and waiting for us to leave, we had a pretty chaotic evening the day before and we woke up because she was knocking on the door at 9:30 insistently. From 9:30 to 10:30, there were a few more insistences with knocking on the door and everything (it is worth noting that until 10:30 while she was standing in front of the door she did not barge into the house), but still she was knocking on the door for an hour asking us each time "how long will it take" "are you ready?" "do I have to wait for you too?". We being 4 young people, we asked her nicely to wait 15 more minutes so we could finish eating and leave. We left the apartment exactly as neat as we received it, our only request was to let us finish eating because we couldn't take the food after ourselves being on scooters. And at 10:30 she came in on us, without asking us anything, we didn't even have time to wash the dishes (which we hadn't finished eating anyway). All she did when she entered the room was say and shout that "let's get out of her apartment, she doesn't have time for us". But we insisted and asked her nicely to give us 10-15 more minutes to finish eating, pay the late checkout fee and for everything to be ok. We didn't have a word to say, we went out she slammed the door in our face and locked it.

L’appartamento si trova in un palazzo con ascensore e piscina in comune. In generale ci siamo trovati benissimo,rispetto anche al rapporto qualità prezzo,le proprietarie super disponibili,l’appartamento carino e spazioso anche se un po’ datato. Certo non è il top ma per noi è andato più che bene.

− Dovrebbero solo migliorare la pulizia secondo me.
