10.0Very trustworthy owner. His outstanding care helped us have a nice vacation on Gard Lake. Despite the adversity of force majeure our visit was calm and we could rest.

9.0- very good location and quiet - close to market, beach, park and restaurants - parking - two air conditioning units
− - couch in the living room / kitchen needs repairing or has to be changed - apartment needs a fresh paint - a slightly bigger TV would be nice
Perfect for a long stay
10.0The property was very clean and there was new furniture. The parking space is gated. The host is very friendly and answers messages very fast. There was WiFi which was also very fast and had a good signal. An AC is installed and very nice to have. If you stay for a long time there is also a dishwasher and a washing machine.
− The two single beds were very hard. The parking space is a little bit narrow.
