7.0The place was clean and the host friendly and technically nothing was very wrong.
− There was a wood fired heating system that was off on arrival and the place quite cold. All fixtures, furniture, appliances, even the building itself seemed extremely cheap and neither thought out nor well made. I mean the kitchen appliances were in the hall next to the bathroom for pete's sake. Someone decided a walk in shower is nice but didn't factor in the necessary size of the bathroom, length of the glass partition, or the slope of the floor, so the water just goes everywhere and has to be mopped up. The swollen rotten wood on the bathroom door and imminent mold, as well as the spotlights above the bed shining directly in your face tell the story of how thought through the building is.

10.0Great location with access to main roads nearby, the farm shop was exceptional and the tranquility of the area was second to none. The sheep and local birds made for a peaceful chorus and the accommodation was clean, tidy and comfortable. Marit also sends an informative video to help when you arrive and is happy to help in any way. I would stay again if I travel that way in the future.
− Could do with an oven or air fryer for home cooking but it's certainly not a deal breaker.
