I stayed here for three nights while working in the area and had a very comfortable stay. The studio was clean, well presented and had everything I needed for a short business trip. Having free parking was a real bonus, and the Wi-Fi was reliable throughout my stay, which made working from the apartment easy. The location is convenient for Stockton town centre, with shops and places to eat nearby. Check-in was simple, communication was excellent, and the apartment offered great value for money. I'd definitely consider staying here again when working in the area.

The agents sent a cleaner straight out and replaced broken kettle.

− When we arrived it was dirty, not been cleaned from the previous people, mouldy food and rubbish everywhere. The kettle was broken and the shower leaked the whole time. It’s a ground floor apartment in a very rough area the smell from other apartments in the building was sometimes unbearable! If you want a cheap stay and don’t care about basic comforts then book it, pictures do not reflect what the property actually looks like.

Everything worked: radiators, shower, hairdryer, toaster, kettle, microwave, hob, extractor, WiFi, T There was an Aldi and bus stops just a couple of minutes walk away. High Street was only a ten minute walk. Riverside walks were lovely. The morning sun came into the flat which cheered it up a lot.

− The bed was so lumpy I didn't attempt to sleep on it. I took the duvet and made myself comfortable on the sofa in the kitche/lounge room. In addition the bedroom windowsill looked dirty, there were no bedside tables or sockets, no hangers or shelves in the wardrobe. I used the bedroom as a dressing room and left my clothes on the bed. The kitchen had no tables or chairs and yet there was an unnecessary sideboard taking up space which could have been used for a small table. I had to eat balancing a plate on my knee on the sofa. I took a drawer from the empty sideboard and turned it upside down to make a little table next to the sofa so I had somewhere to put my mug and phone while it was charging I stayed for 11 nights. I had to buy: toilet roll (one provided), kitchen roll (none provided), bin bags (one provided), a tea towel (none provided), a chopping board (impossible not to scratch counter without it). The hob had those very old solid elements that take ages to heat up, evoking childhood memories of my mother's kitchen (I am 74 years old). The shower door opening necessitated sliding in sideways, and I am not a large person. There was nowhere to place toiletries in the teeny bathroom so i used the kitchen sink for washing and teeth brushing. However, I got used to the place, bought some fresh daffodils to cheer it up, and enjoyed Stockton.
