4.0Good location close to the centre of town and also a shopping strip with restaurants and mini mart etc. Spacious property.
− Smelt mouldy the whole time we were there. There was a big mould stain just over the bed in the main bedroom which is a health hazard. We didn’t end up using that bedroom. No hot water the first night (i think it’s on a communal system). Holes in the ensuite bathroom ceiling. While the place had been cleaned before we arrived it still felt old, rusty and dirty in some places. Towels were old and ratty. Water jug looked old and not appealing to use. The owners need to uplift this property and buy some simple supplies (new towels, water jug) etc before renting it out.

A damage deposit of MYR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
