9.0Pěkné místo s možností parkování u apartmánu. Částečný výhled na Lipno.
− Větrání bylo pouze ventilátorem, což v zadní části, kde nejsou žádná okna nebylo ve vysokých letních hodnotách vzduchu dostatečné. Tady by se hodila klimatizace. Možná zvážit lepší pohovku ve společné části. Jinak vše OK
