− I wasn’t aware that there were two flights of stairs, one without a hand rail, my 90 year old auntie had to find accommodation elsewhere

− Advertised as having two bathrooms - actually only 1 & a half. No hot water in the half bathroom. The shower over the bath a little difficult due to no handle or a non slide mat.
