9.0Wonderful view and very nice balcony. The host was very helpful. There are grocery stores and restaurants nearby and bus stop just underneath the apartment. If flying to/from Alicante airport the Beniconnect bus is very convenient, it also has a stop in front of the apartment building.
− The apartment was smaller than we expected, probably also the balcony is included in the mentioned 55 square meters. However, for two persons it´s ok but for a family perhaps not. The bus and car traffic below the apartment caused some noise. The apartment was a bit dated and there is no oven or dishwasher.

10.0Fantastic apartment, some really nice touches, simple things like beach towels and seats, toiletries, tea bags, coffee, beer in fridge, condiments, cooking oil, washing up liquid etc etc etc, all these little things make such a difference, cannot speak highly enough of this gem of a place.

10.0Dankeschön lieber Carlos! Alles war super! Die Lage ist traumhaft, alles mögliche in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und auch alles drin, was man braucht. Ich würde mich sehr freuen nochmal in dieser Appartement zu kommen.
