Estuvimos sólo dos días y todo fue estupendo: el apartamento, la ubicación, las vistas, la limpieza.
9.0Lo que más me gustó fue la limpieza, la decoración del apartamento y las vistas. La infitrionas en todo momento estuvieron pendientes de nosotros hasta nuestra llegada, haciéndolo todo muy cómodo.

8.0Sara is a very responsive and pro-active host, who deals quickly with any issues raised and seeks constructive feedback to improve. The apartment has lovely views, is very clean, comfortable and well-equipped with some lovely areas to sit and socialise as a family after wonderful hikes and biking in the local area. Good showers, dedicated parking, comfortable beds. We had a lovely stay

10.0The apartment was perfect in every way! The location was both beautiful (the apartment has an amazing view of the mountains) and conveniently located (with a wonderful and well stocked small grocery store on the ground floor of the building). The furnishings were fantastic and everything was thoughtfully arranged. The host had thought of all the proper amenities for the apartment (kitchen, laundry, bath items, etc) to make it just like being in our own home. Everything was spotlessly clean and everything was well labeled/explained. We were greeted by our host's mother, who not only gave us the keys and an informative walk through of the apartment, but she also gave us lots of tips and advice for things to do during our stay - what a great ambassador for Las Arenas! We would definitely stay here again and recommend to our friends.
− The beds were all great, but the large bed mattress was a lot nicer that the single beds. So a little uneven on bed quality, but only because the large bed was so excellent.
