8.0Sehr zuvorkommend - das zweite Bett wurde für uns bezogen. Es war alles da was man braucht sogar ein Bügeleisen, die Lage ist super. Die Küche gut ausgerüstet.
− Der Toaster ist schon sehr alt, müsste getauscht werden. Ein paar Spinnweben sind mir aufgefallen. Aber das sind alles Kleinigkeiten .
Bodenständige Wohnung am Südrand der Innenstadt von Halle
9.0Die von mir gemietete Einpersonenwohnung liegt in fußläufiger Entfernung vom Hauptbahnhof Halle. Sie bietet alles, was man für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt benötigt, insbesondere einen großen Kühlschrank und sehr gutes WLAN. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, vorbeifahrende Autos hört man durch gute Schallschutzfenster kaum. Einen Katzensprung entfernt gibt es einen großen EDEKA, in dem man nicht nur Lebensmittel kaufen, sondern mittags auch essen kann.
− Es fehlten Verdunkelungsvorrichtungen an den Fenstern.

5.0die Nähe zum Bahnhof und zur Ausbildungsstätte
− Die Wohnung war wie das gesamte Haus sehr abgewöhnt und hatte einen hohen Sanierungsstau. Nach der letzten Farbgebung war die Lampe im Zimmer noch mit Klebeband verdeckt und nach der ersten Nacht fiel schon eine Schrank Tür aus dem Küchenschrank. Dies wurde aber schnell behoben. Im Bad waren die Fugen an der Badewanne schon vergammelt und die Tapete hing von der Decke. Alles in allem das Geld keineswegs wert. Viel zu teuer für den Zustand, der auch von uns dokumentiert wurde.
