9.0Czysto i schludnie,kuchnia wyposażona w to co niezbędne.Przyczym herbata i cukier były miłym zaskoczeniem.
− Trochę głośno od ulicy,ale to w końcu centrum miasta ,więc nie ma co wydziwiać ☺️

7.0Dobry kontakt z właścicielem, dobra lokalizacja, plus za to, że na wyposażeniu była dostępna herbata, kawa i podstawowe przyprawy.
− Brak wcześniejszej informacji przed płatnością o płatnym miejscu parkingowym. Niektóre lampy w apartamencie nie działały. Lodówka nie do końca posprzątana. Jakość programów w telewizorze słaba. Ciężko się oglądało mecz.
Apartament wymaga odświeżenia
4.0− Pobyt był raczej średni. Największym problemem był intensywny zapach papierosów, który był wyczuwalny od razu po wejściu do apartamentu. Sam apartament sprawiał wrażenie dość zużytego i przydałoby mu się odświeżenie. Czystość również pozostawiała trochę do życzenia – nie było bardzo źle, ale na pewno mogłoby być zdecydowanie lepiej. Zepsute karnisze, które tylko spadały.

10.0Polecam ten nocleg! To miejsce, do którego z przyjemnością wrócilibyśmy ponownie. Apartament jest bardzo czysty, przytulny i świetnie urządzony. Do dyspozycji są dwa pokoje, aneks kuchenny oraz przestronna łazienka z prysznicem i wanną, co jest dużym udogodnieniem. W mieszkaniu nie brakowało niczego – kawa, herbata, naczynia i wszystko, co potrzebne do komfortowego pobytu, było na miejscu. Wygodne łóżka sprawiły, że świetnie się wyspaliśmy. Ogromnym atutem jest lokalizacja – praktycznie w centrum, naprzeciwko Biedronki. Bardzo blisko znajduje się Muzeum Powstań Śląskich, które zrobiło na nas ogromne wrażenie. To nowoczesne, multimedialne muzeum z pięknie wyeksponowanymi historycznymi pamiątkami i rekwizytami. Całość jest świetnie przemyślana, a obsługa muzeum była niezwykle miła i pomocna. Na miejscu jest również bardzo duży i wygodny parking, co znacznie ułatwia pobyt. Wokół obiektu znajduje się zadbana przestrzeń z ławeczkami, kwiatami i huśtawką. To idealne miejsce, aby rano lub wieczorem usiąść z kawą i chwilę odpocząć. Widać, że właściciele wkładają dużo serca w to miejsce. Dbają o porządek zarówno wewnątrz, jak i na zewnątrz – wszystko jest na bieżąco sprzątane i bardzo zadbane. Panuje tu spokojna, przyjemna atmosfera, dzięki której można naprawdę odpocząć. Bardzo dobrze wspominamy pobyt. Świetna lokalizacja, wysoki standard, czystość, wygoda i fantastyczny klimat sprawiają, że jest to miejsce zdecydowanie warte polecenia. Jeśli będziemy ponownie w Świętochłowicach, z pewnością wybierzemy ten nocleg jeszcze raz!

− - Informacja o dodatkowo płatnym parkingu przyszła w dniu przyjazdu smsem, na stronie nie było to uwzględnione. - Mało wyciszone pokoje, słychać było jak ktoś z pokoju nad nami biegał. - Hałas z dworu i przejeżdżające tramwaje, bardzo zła lokalizacja dla osób mających wrażliwy słuch.
