A lovely relaxing break away with superb sea views

− Building work on flat below and the stairs after walking up from the sea as the tram was out of order!
Really enjoyed being there!!
9.0− We found the shower a little difficult to use. Carpets on stairs didn‘t match the quality of the flat.

− 4pm check in / 10am checkout - felt late and early no flexibility available. Not a big deal but bring your own shower gel and bathroom hand soap - not provided had to go shopping

− It wasn’t clean upon arrival and that’s the only negative. Host and Stay did log a complaint but it wasn’t a very personal service, despite quick responses.
Fantastic views, great location.
9.0Fantastic view from bedroom and living room. Property was spotless and beautifully decorated. Property was as described online and was perfect base for our trip to Saltburn. Easy walk to beach, pier and bars and restaurants.
− There are a lot of stairs to property but this was made known before we booked and wasn’t a problem for us.
