8.0The location was great, plus a nice and private apartment.
− Only 1 toilet roll ? .The bedroom lamp was flickering so we couldn't use it . Could do with a coffee table by the side of the settee.

9.0Basic but had everything I needed and everything works. Good location, walking distance to the centre of Newark. Very clean.
− Not particularly homely decor but neutral so should suit most people for a short stay.
Good value and a pleasant stay.
9.0Good value, convenient location, adequate and clean facilities. Very convenient street parking. Excellent host responsive.
− A washing machine would be great. The shower room wash hand basin is on the small side and difficult to use without spilling.
