4.0The name luxury (which is the reason I booked)
− This was about as far from luxury as you could get. I payed extra for this room as it had parking then to receive a message the day before to say it has but i couldnt use it annoyed me, I then looked to cancel and it was non refundable so i just dealt with that. Then I arrived to a fridge freezer laid in the doorway of the room with paint chipped off of the walls and mould on the bathroom wall. The shower was awful and how this is luxury is beyond me.
