5.0Het appartement is ruim, ligt midden in het centrum en is opgeknapt.
− Ondanks dat we bij booking boekten, ontvingen we een eindeloze stroom berichten via whatsapp en email. Het inchecken moet via een aparte website, waar nog weer allerlei extra persoonlijke informatie moet worden gedeeld. Wij vonden dit heel storend, dat geldt ook voor het uitchecken. Daarvoor moet ook weer van alles via een portal worden geregeld. Daarnaast vinden we de 'eisen' voor uitchecken, zoals het afvoeren van afval, bedden afhalen etc onder dreiging van inhouding van de borg niet erg gastvrij. Sowieso stoort de borg ons. Er zijn erg weinig glazen en bekers, niet eens 4. En er wordt per persoon 1 koffie cup voorzien per verblijf, dat houdt niet over Bij het boeken hebben we specifiek op aanwezigheid van buitenruimte geselecteerd, maar blijkt dat slechts 1 van de appartementen deze heeft, waarbij het onduidelijk is om welke dat gaat, het bleek niet die van ons te zijn.

9.0Een mooi ruim appartement, met een prachtig uitzicht op het kasteel.
− Er was geen airco aanwezig en omdat dit een bovenverdieping is, vonden we het af en toe behoorlijk warm.
Convenient but impersonal
8.0The apartment was super spacious, sparkling clean, and perfectly located right in the center of one of the most picturesque villages we visited in the Ardennes.
− The apartment's decor felt bland and sterile, and "communication" with the hosts was very impersonal. We found it too expensive for what it offered.
