10.0Rita, la padrona di casa, é gentile e simpatica. L'appartamento è bellissimo! Comodo, provvisto di tutto, letti comodi, cialde del caffè ottime e un affaccio meraviglioso. Torneremo sicuramente.

3.0L'appartamento internamente é ben tenuto ed accogliente
− La pulizia lascia a desiderare, sopra l'armadio in camera polvere vecchia di mesi, il complesso é fatiscente e mal tenuto, il parcheggio privato non esiste, é una piazzola fuori dal complesso usata da tutti, tanto che mi hanno urtato la moto, fatta cadere e fatti parecchi danni. E la proprietà non é assicurata. Il prezzo é come una buona pensione a 4 stelle, ma non ha gli stessi servizi, direi di evitarlo.
