Leider sehr enttäuschend – für kleine Verschmutzungen und einen fehlenden Spülmaschinen-Pad nach zwei Nächten noch 40 €

− Wir waren leider sehr unzufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Nach zwei Nächten (177 €) wurden uns zusätzlich noch 40 € von der Kaution abgezogen, weil angeblich der Boden nicht ordentlich gereinigt und ein Spülmaschinen-Pad fehlte. Für uns sind solche Kleinigkeiten – ein leicht verschmutzter Eingangsbereich, ein fehlender Pad und eine nicht perfekt abgewischte Arbeitsplatte – kein Grund, Gäste nach einem kurzen Aufenthalt derart zu belasten. Wir wussten außerdem nicht, dass wir die Wohnung komplett reinigen sollten. Für den Preis hätten wir auch bequem in einem Hotel übernachten können, wo Reinigung selbstverständlich im Service enthalten ist. Insgesamt leider keine gute Erfahrung, wir können die Unterkunft daher nicht weiterempfehlen.
