10.0Kingston Flat ist ein sauberes, großzügiges Apartment mit sehr gut ausgestatteter Küche(incl. Kaffee, Tee, viele Gewürze) und Balkon in Top-Lage. Die Kommunikation mit Michael, dem Besitzer, war sehr unkompliziert. Er hat viele kleine Annehmlichkeiten vorbereitet(Kekse, Milch, sogar ein Regenschirm lag bereit). Die Anbindung zu Busstation(z.B. zur Nutzung des SL7-Busses- direkte Verbindung zu Heathrow Airport/45 min.), Bahnhof(Zug nach Waterloo-Station/30 min.), zu Supermärkten und ins Stadtzentrum in nur wenigen 100 m Entfernung. Kingston selbst ist ein sehr nettes Städtchen mit schönem Marktplatz und Uferwegen an der Themse. Insgesamt eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft !

Location is perfect
10.0Really great location short easy walk into town, parking on site very convenient. Excellent communication with the host. Very comfortable bed. We stayed with our 2 year old and there was enough room for us all. Would stay again thank you!
− The bath was slightly slippy but there is a rubber mat for this in the cupboard.

Tolles Appartement in bester Lage
10.0Sehr schönes geschmackvolles Appartement in bester Lage, Kingstons Stadtzentrum und die Themse sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Mit dem Zug ist man in einer halben Stunde in Waterloo Station, mit dem Bus in 40 Minuten am Heathrow Airport. Ein idealer Standort, um sowohl die wunderschöne Themselandschaft rund um Kingston und Richmond als auch Central London zu erkunden.

Please note that the building will be undergoing exterior cladding remediation works between April and the end of August.
The flat itself remains fully usable and comfortable. There will be scaffolding in place at the front of the building and workmen present during daytime hours.
There is no heavy construction or drilling planned — the impact is mainly visual.
During this period, the balcony will not be accessible.
