− Het appartement was niet schoon, vies bestek en servies, doorgezakte stoel, afvoer liep niet goed door. Gastvrouw kon wel wat vriendelijker en gastvrijer zijn.
War so olala! Wer keine großen Erwartungen hat ist hier richtig.
5.0Lage ist mitten in der Natur.
− Diverse kleine Mängel: Wasserhahn Küche leckt, Eisfach vom Kühlschrank defekt, Brausehalterung defekt usw. Das Personal hat das Beste draus gemacht. Wie wir erfahren haben wusste der Eigentümer über die Mängel Bescheid.

9.0Sehr freundliches Personal, später check in war nach Absprache kein Problem. Sehr guter Kaffee zum Frühstück. Tolle Lage. Sauberes Appartement.
− Das Geschirr im Appartement mussten wir vor Benutzung teilweise erst spülen. Vormieter waren etwas nachlässig.
Příjemné ubytování v těsné blízkosti Grosser Arber
10.0Krásné ubytování v těsné blízkosti bikeparku Arber, kvůli kterému jsem přijeli. Apartmán útulný, pohodlný, s krásným výhledem na blízké i vzdálené kopce, vybavený vším potřebným, s velmi milým personálem. Kola jsme měli uschovaná v garáži, auto zaparkované před domem. Na zahradě jsme vyzkoušeli báječnou vířivku. Po večerech jsme stihli příjemné procházky na malé i velké Arbersee.
− Vše bylo v pořádku.
