8.0Spacious, clean, responsive host, well equipped, two terrace spaces (must-have). Ample space to park bikes and leave bike boxes. Convenient keyless entry. The village is pleasantly non-touristy and definitely not upmarket. Great! Decent restaurants with friendly service and good food and a supermarket a short walk away.
− Bring earplugs (we did). The atrium/light shaft is not ventilated and an echo chamber for normal living activities in the flats opening onto it. Not an ideal location for cycling - limited choice of mountain routes (but great ones).

− ⭐️ Recensione onesta: Gravi problemi strutturali e di privacy (App. 7) Premetto che mi dispiace sempre lasciare recensioni non buone, ma in questo caso ritengo necessario segnalare la mia esperienza presso l'appartamento n. 7 al piano terra, affinché altri ospiti siano consapevoli della situazione: Totale assenza di ricambio d'aria: L'alloggio non ha finestre esterne. L'unico punto di luce è un cavedio interno che però è chiuso in alto da vetri. Questo significa che non entra mai aria fresca dall'esterno, rendendo l'ambiente molto chiuso. Inoltre, è impossibile sapere se fuori c'è il sole o piove senza uscire dall'edificio. Privacy e rumori dei bagni: Il cavedio comunica direttamente con le finestre dei bagni degli appartamenti superiori. Essendo uno spazio ristretto e chiuso, ogni rumore fisiologico dei vicini (urina, defecazione, gas intestinali) rimbomba e si sente chiaramente in camera. È una situazione estremamente imbarazzante e poco gradevole. Riposo difficile: Nonostante l'appartamento sia moderno, il materasso è troppo morbido (si sprofonda) e i cuscini sono eccessivamente alti e rigidi, rendendo difficile dormire bene. Gestione bucato: La lavanderia comune nel seminterrato è spesso priva di detersivo. In un appartamento senza alcuno sfogo d'aria o balcone, sarebbe fondamentale avere un'asciugatrice privata all'interno per gestire i vestiti, dato che l'aria nelle stanze è completamente ferma. In sintesi, pur apprezzando l'estetica, i problemi di aerazione naturale e la mancanza di privacy acustica rendono il soggiorno molto faticoso
