10.0Die Lage der Wohnung ist top, der ganze Ort so sympathisch. Und auch bei stürmischem Wetter kann man schön die gigantischen Wellen vom Balkon bestaunen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

A deep disappointment
1.0The view was great, overlooking the sea, but there were rehabilitation works on the seafront and the promenade that started around 7 am and the noise could be heard from the apartment.
− The location was filthy, dirty, frowzy, slimy, smeary and greasy.There was dust and mold in the bedroom, slime, dirt and hair in the bathroom, grease, grime and broken glass on the kitchen floor. It was a health hazard!!! We paid for 7 nights, a month in advance!, we stayed only one night because it was late when we arrived and we were very tired, I asked for a refund for the other 6 nights, but the man who handles reservations said that this is not possible due to booking policy. I spoke to him on the phone and on WhatsApp and he was very surprised to hear what condition the apartment was in and wanted to send someone to clean it and offered us a free dinner, I refused because given how miserable the place was we should have waited at least 2 days.

9.0Das Apartment hat eine schöne Lage direkt an der Uferpromenade. Im Winter war es dort sehr ruhig. Zum Parken gibt es eine Tiefgarage.
− Es gibt keinen Aufzug. Aus der Tiefgarage ist der Weg etwas weit für schwere Gepäckstücke, aber der Gesandte des Vermieters dafür um so hilfsbereiter beim Tragen. Durch die Nordausrichtung der Anlage gibt es keine direkte Sonneneinstrahlung, was in den Sommermonaten sicher von Vorteil ist.

9.0The apartment has everything one needs for holidays. It is located in a quiet place. The city itself is tiny, but other cities are easily reachable by car/bus. The internet speed is very high. Both the living room and the sleeping room face the ocean.
− If one sleeps in the living room, there is a street light right outside the window. The curtains in the living are not dark enough to block that light. We improvised with an additional curtain.
