It make my vacation a nightmare.
1.0I would like to report this property, when I got there there was a very strong mold smell, I discovered that it was the mattresses, they had a plastic cover covering them, the property also asked me to sign a contract where I would pay 300 dollars per visit. ( I didn’t sign it ) Since I live in the United States and the property is in my hometown Conselheiro Lafaiete in which I rented an apartment instead of a hotel exactly for have privacy. On the third day, my daughter became ill with an allergic reaction and I was forced to leave the property. In the city, there were no vacancies in the hotels that are located downtown, and with no place to stay with 2 children, I went to the house of a cousin in a state of emergency . I would like to know if booking offers any assistance in this situation?
