Negligent host, huge disappointment
1.0− I booked the room. I paid for it. I emailed the host in advance about my arrival time. I arrived. There was no room available. Host did not call me to let me know. She did not help solving the problem, she was quite ignorant. I had to call Booking.com. I ended up in a very inferior emergency accommodation. I felt cheated.

Krásne dobové romantické ubytovanie
9.0Ubytovanie sa nachádza vo veľmi dobrej lokalite, priamo v centre historickej Banskej Štiavnice. V okolí nájdete rôzne reštaurácie, kaviarničky a pamiatky. Boli sme ubytovaní v apartmáne so súkromnou terasou, apartmán bol vybavený krásnym dobovým nábytkom, cítili sme sa v ňom príjemne a pohodlne. Wifi fungovala. Kúrenie tiež, dokonca sme museli otvárať okná, aby nám nebolo teplo až príliš. Kontinentálne raňajky boli chutné, na požiadanie vám vedeli pripraviť aj teplé jedlo, ako napr. praženicu. Počas celého pobytu bol v spoločnej chodbe k dispozícii kávovar a čaj. Taktiež je k dispozícii krásna spoločná knižnica, kde máte naozaj rôznorodé knihy, nudiť sa určite nebudete. :)
− Strhávam bod dole, nakoľko by majitelia mali určite zlepšiť komunikáciu. Dlho trvalo, kým sme sa spojili, určite odporúčam skôr zavolať ako písať. Taktiež dlho trvalo kým nás ubytovali, skorší check-in nie je možný, očakávajte, že vás naozaj ubytujú až po 15:00.
