5.0Beliggenheden var super - meget centralt i forhold til indre by.
− Der var ikke vaskemaskine & tørrestativ i lejligheden. Der var en vaskemaskine i ejendommens kælder, som viste sig at være en fælles vaskemaskine for hele ejendommen. Udlejerens repræsentant kunne ikke nærmere redegøre for, hvad det kostede at benytte vaskemaskinen, og om reglerne for benyttelsen af maskine. Derudover viste prisen for parkering sig at være 9 euro pr. dag og ikke 8 euro pr. dag, som ellers oplyst på bookings side. Det gjorde vi udlejerens repræsentant opmærksom på, og hans svar til dette var, at så kunne vi da bare parkere i parkeringshuset, som i øvrigt var meget dyrere. For os var det en lidt for smart bemærkning. Vi spurgte også ind til affaldssortering, og vi at vide, at det kun var plastic der skulle sorteres, og at alt andet skulle i restaffald. Dette viste sig ikke at være korrekt - der var sortering.

− Не понравилось только то, что в описании указано, что есть парковка, это было ключевым моментом в выборе апартаментов. Но уже после бронирования, нам сообщили, что все парковки заняты. А стоимость не возвращается, т.е. мы не могли отменить бронь и найти другой отель с парковкой. Очень скрипит кровать, всю ночь просыпалась, при каждом движении и повороте, от скрипа.

9.0Comfortable, homely and welcoming apartment. Bright and airy feel, with terrace (not used - in February!). Good contact / communication with host ahead of arrival made finding the place, and late access on arrival, easy. All facilities good and as described (minor exception - coin-operated washing machine in the basement, not in the apartment itself; also the pictured sofa was replaced by two comfortable chairs). Very convenient location within easy walking distance of train station and every part of Freiburg old city. Note - payment required in cash on arrival.
− There was no downside to this apartment.
