8.0An apartment fulfilled our expectations. We had everything we needed. There is a nice ski room to dry your equipment. There is a huge field nearby available for walking. Nice and quiet.

5.0The accommodation was comfortable and well equipped. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The rooms were tidy and comfortable.
− The accommodation provider communicates extremely poorly. We had to extract every piece of information from them, and they were only willing to share it after we asked twice. Because of this, we were only able to use the sauna for one day, even though I had asked about it several weeks before our arrival. Another inconvenience was that, even though we had reserved the sauna, someone else went in without permission, which the host was unable to resolve, making our stay quite uncomfortable. The bus stop is close by, but the host also recommended that we take a car to the ski slopes. I would suggest that the host put together a FAQ to avoid such inconveniences.

8.0Apartment was as described and seen in the photos, very good space in the rooms, clean. Also had a room for ski deposit which was ok.
− a) Poor communication with the host, the messages from it were in his native language, not in English, so even with translate I was unable to understand properly. b) It was not clear where the box with the keys was, the location of it was not specified in the message from the property. c) Nothing written anywhere about the SPA rules and also about how to use it. Even after asking the host I did not understand when/how to use it.
