9.0Nähe zum Zentrum/Altstadt, Geschäfte in der Nähe, Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Terrasse mit Sitzgelegenheit, sehr netter Gastgeber/Gastgeberin!
− TV hätte grösser sein können, Stufen auf dem Grundstück erschwerten das Ein-/Ausladen des Gepäcks etwas.

− La humedad, el apartamento es frío y no hay manera de calentarlo en verano, y el colchón, es muy incómodo.
Quiet, spacious, and only a stroll from the heart of Freiburg
10.0We had a great stay at this apartment in Freiburg. It was spotlessly clean, spacious for two people, and located in a beautiful, green area of the city. We especially appreciated the lovely garden and the absolute silence, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The city centre is very easy to reach, whether by bike or on foot. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be booking it again on our next visit to Freiburg!

3.0− Das Bett viel zu klein für zwei große Personen. Auf der Couch spürte man das Gestell, ob beim Sitzen oder Schlafen. Es roch sehr muffig, vorallem am Kopfbereich im Bett. Es stand in allen Wassergeräten noch das Wasser vom Vormieter. Die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr primitiv und die Haustür zum Auf- bzw. Abschließen eine Katastrophe. Mehr Schein als sein. War das Geld nicht wert.
Für einen Kurztrip war es OK.
7.0Der freundliche Empfang. Die Nähe zur Stadt.
− Bei näherer Betrachtung wies die Wohnung, die mit ihrem etwas in die Jahre gekommenen Mobiliar und dem sonstigem Equipment ( Küche /Bad) doch einige Punkte auf, die aus einem breiten Lächeln ein eher verhaltenes Grinsen machten. Eigentlich waren es nur Kleinigkeiten. Eine lockere Klobrille, eine loser Toilettenrollenhalter, der zudem von den Duschtüchern verdeckt wurde?? Eine undichte Duschabtrennung. Eine Geschirrschublade zu der Handhabung es garantiert kein You Tube Video gibt. Ein YURA Kaffeeautomat aus den 90gern , der außer einem sehr kräftigem Espresso nichts anderes mehr spendieren wollte. Ein Sofa dessen Bequemlichkeit nicht unbedingt zu langen Fernsehabenden einlädt.
