10.0Situado en una bonita y cuidada urbanización con agradables zonas verdes y piscinas. El complejo está a pie de playa con accesos muy cómodos desde la zona de la piscina con duchas y lavapies. Pequeño supermercado debajo de casa y varias opciones de restauración en la zona. Parking subterráneo con acceso directo al ascensor al lado de la plaza. Más cómodo imposible. El apartamento en sí está muy equipado con todo el menaje necesario. Tiene dos terrazas. Una en la planta primera y otra en la superior. El acceso a la superior se hace a través de una escalera de caracol y según para quien puede resultar algo incómoda, pero merece la pena ya que es muy amplia, con tumbonas, mesa, sombrilla, ducha, barbacoa y vistas al mar y a la montaña. Muy buena disponibilidad y comunicación con el anfitrión.
