Spectacular break in Neder, Austria.
10.0The hosts were very friendly and helpful on arrival- allowing us to arrive a couple of hours earlier than planned. The accommodation was very clean and spacious and the views over the valley from the bedrooms and balcony were breathtaking - we could not believe the exceptional location. As part of the booking we received a special card which gave numerous free opportunities at locations in the Stubai valley and we were able to experience just a few in our short stay : free entry to a local pool called Stubay which was amazing with indoor pools, water slides and an outdoor heated pool with views of the surrounding mountains; an ascent and descent up the Shlick 2000 cable car - but free local bus use and other offers were included too. Just down the hill from the apartment was a lovely park with a fresh water lake that we swam in and a great restaurant which we enjoyed a drink at afterwards. There are many walks in the area and we enjoyed an easier route to see a waterfall which we could manage with our disabled daughter too in her pushchair - but for keen hikers you would be spoilt for choice. We have had such a great stay - the apartment was perfect to relax in after our busy days with every home comfort we needed. We were sorry to be leaving and hope to return again in the future. Very highly recommended!
− There was nothing we did not like. Just one thing to bear in mind- if you have mobility issues you will definitely need a car as the apartment is quite high up the side of the valley. We enjoyed the walk down and back on one occasion but it was hard work pushing our daughter in her special push chair. Our other daughter on the other hand loved the walks and runs around the apartment.
