Brilliant - excellent location - great accomodation
10.0We were very pleasantly surprised at how good this property was. All the fittings were good quality as were the towels and gowns. The room was bright and airy and the small garden was not overlooked. The property is only a short distance from the town and there are good restaurants in the vicinity. The owner was charming and made us very welcome.

10.0The location was wonderful. It's in a private neighborhood and you'll have a parking spot next to the cottage. Jo (hostess) was such a pleasure, checked on me a few times and gave me some info about the town and how to take a beautiful walk into Tunbridge Wells thru the Commons. Oh, and the bed was sooo comfy.

10.0Spotlessly clean, really comfortable and really nice considerate touches like the dressing gowns, bathroom products, tea, coffee, fruit, cereal and snacks. Friendly host. I don’t normally book places that are adjoined to the host’s own house but it felt very private, I didn’t feel like we were imposing at all.
