1.0− Wir hatten ganz normal von Booking die Buchungsbestätigung bekommen vor Wochen als wir gebucht hatten. Als wir ankamen, war niemand da. Keine Reaktion auf Klingeln, keine auf Telefonanrufe oder Nachrichten. Eine sehr nette Nachbarin sagte uns dann, dass diese Wohnung nicht mehr auf Booking vermiete würde, und fest vermietet sei. Sie telefonierte sogar nich mit dem Vermieter, der ihr das bestätigte. Wir standen also da, ohne Wohnung. Die Nachbarin telefonierte überall rum, aber im ganzen Tal war kein Apartment mehr vorhanden. Wir fanden noch ein letztes Doppelzimmer in einem Hotel, superschön, aber teurer, und eben nur ein Zimmer. Absolut unverständlich finde ich, dass sich bis heute weder der Vermieter bei uns gemeldet hat mit einer Entschuldigung, noch Booking, bei denen wir uns per Nachricht beschwert hatten!!!
