9.0All good, very nice and welcoming hosts, easy check in, clean apartment. Metro station nearby, terrace upstairs
− As it is the first floor, I could hear all happening on the street when windows open, but AC solves the problem

10.0El departamento esta muy bien equipado con una muy buena atención ademas esta muy bien ubicado. Nos esperaron hasta la noche sin problemas, solo nos cobraron algunos euros adicionales por hacerlo después de las 20 hs. Si pueden llegar antes de ese horario será mejor. Sin duda volvería.
− No me gustó que me debitaran el importe total de la estadía mas de 20 dias antes de llegar. Además de un importe adicional por llegar 20.30 hs.
Très pratique pour un séjour d'affaire en relation avec la Fira de Barcelone.

− En teoría es un apto para 4 pero difícilmente pueden comer 4 personas en una pequeña mesa de pared con solo 2 taburetes, nosotros no hicimos vida en el apto pero los espacios eran muy justos

9.0− The apartment was a bit cold, the air conditioner had a harder time heating the whole place.

- Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden, it could be entitled to a €50 to €250 Euros fine.
- Pets under 10kg allowed on request (additional charge 20€).
- This apartment is equipped with an alarm system Securitas Direct with camera Alarm which is totally disconnected when guests are in the apartment. This one is located in the living room facing the front door.
- It is forbidden to use the bath towels provided to go to the beach, otherwise, you will be charged €12 per unit.
