Heerlijk ontspannen verblijf in een prachtige en kindvriendelijke omgeving

Heerlijk comfortabel en ruim appartement. Netjes en schoon. Prachtig uitzicht over een prachtig gebied, en voor de kinderen waren de extra faciliteiten (tafeltennis, trampoline etc) echt top. De eigenaren zijn erg behulpzaam en heel vriendelijk. En elke ochtend verse broodjes! De omgeving is ook echt een aanrader voor jonge gezinnen (wij waren in de zomer). Zoveel te doen, zeer kindvriendelijk en prachtige natuur. Wij hadden voor de hele week een bergbahn kaart, waarmee we door het hele gebied onbeperkt van de vele gondels/liften gebruik konden maken. Goede tip van de eigenaren! Een belevenis voor de kinderen en direct op/naar alle bestemmingen in de omgeving al dan niet afgewisseld met korte wandelingen van de ene naar de andere lift (Hohe Salve, Hexenwasser, Elmi’s Zauberwelt, Kaiserwelt, Filmzalmsee).

− Het is wel een steil en smal weggetje naar boven om bij de accommodatie te komen. Dat leverde soms wat spannende momenten op (vooral met tegenliggers). Maar je moet ook wat voor dat uitzicht over hebben 😉 Verder niets! Top accommodatie!

Fabulous, large, well equipped apartment with great facilities for children and adults.

This 2nd floor fabulous apartment with plenty of space was well equipped to fit the 6 of us very comfortably. It could easily fit another 4 comfortably. Karin, the host and owner who lives underneath the apartment met us on arrival and showed us round. The views were fabulous with full width balcony with table, chairs and sun loungers. The beds were very comfortable and clean bedding and towels were provided. The games room on the ground floor and the children's play equipment in the front garden were an added bonus as it kept the children entertained and happy. Karin was available for any queries but other than that, didn't know they were there. The location is a fair way up the mountain so about 6 minutes of windy uphill to get to it by car - worth it for the stunning views.

− On arrival I noticed that there wasn't a washing machine or tumble dryer in the apartment and was told that to have our washing done and dried for us would be 20 euros a basket. Having just come from another week's holiday I was expecting to be able to wash all our clothes for the coming week and was disappointed not to be able to do this ourselves, as it had listed washing machine and tumble dryer as apartment facilities included. I pointed this out to Karin who then offered to do our washing for 10 euros a basket but then relented and did it for free. The washing was done and dried and back to us 2 days later which rectified the problem but check to see if it still states washing machine and tumble drier available as it should say 'at additional cost'. Also, we were charged an additional 20 euros for wifi for the week but when I pointed out it said 'free wifi throughout' on the booking, this 20 euros was refunded. All in all a wonderful stay and if the above few things are ironed out on booking.com then this would be an excellent place to stay - highly recommend.
