8.0Die Größe der Wohnung ist super. Supermärkte, Bars und viele Geschäfte befinden sich direkt vor der Tür. Perfekt für einen entspannten Aufenthalt ohne den Trubel einer Großstadt, gleichzeitig ist dank Bus und Bahn alles schnell und bequem erreichbar.
− Die Unterkunft hat viele Vorteile, allerdings sind uns hier und da einige Mängel aufgefallen, beispielsweise in den Badezimmern und am Fußboden. Auch die Einbauschränke in zwei Zimmern fanden wir nicht besonders praktisch. Zudem wirkt der Wohnbereich durch das ein oder andere zusätzliche Möbelstück etwas vollgestellt, sodass der vorhandene Platz nicht optimal zur Geltung kommt. Daher sehen wir beim Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis noch Verbesserungspotenzial.
