8.0Ho scelto questo immobile per soggiornare con i miei genitori per la notte prima che mia mamma fosse ricoverata, per un intervento programmato, nell'ospedale della città ed avevo bisogno di un appartamento con accesso al piano terra (credo sia l'unico in tutta Civita Castellana :-) ) a causa dei probloemi di mobilità di mia mamma. Tiziana è stata un host gentile, comprensiva delle nostre esigenze relative a ricovero e degenza e soprattutto corretta (prima che prenotassi mi ha spiegato bene che ci sono 4 gradini interni tra l'ingresso e l'appartamento vero e proprio); per mia mamma, che cammina lentamente e con due stampelle, sono stati impegnativi, ma in condizioni di salute normali non sono assolutamente un problema. Le foto sono fedeli alle condizioni dell'appartamento; la cucina è accessoriata ed i letti sono molto comodi; il soggiorno ha una bella vista sulla piazza principale in cui c'è il bel palazzo del municipio, ma anche un supermarket, una pizzeria (molto buona, un bar, un fruttivendolo, un ristorante ed altri negozi; vicino alla casa c'è anche una squisita norcineria/salumeria ;-) Grazie Tiziana

5.0It is a spacious centrally located apartment.
− The shower was covered in limescale and need cleaning with Viakal. The shower was very small so the water hits the shower doors and floods the bathroom floor. The oven tray was filled with grease and had not been cleaned for a long time. There were dirty utensils in the kitchen draws, with no tea-towel to dry dishes. The kitchen was very poorly equipped, even to make breakfast for one day, so cooking during a longer stay would be difficult. There was more unnecessary decoration than practical useful and clean facilities. The owner would only have to stay in the apartment for a night or two to understand my complaints, and to easily rectify the problems.
