10.0Чудове розташування - поряд пляж з чорним вулканічним піском і прозорою водою. В помешканні є все необхідне для комфортного проживання. Є маленькі дрібнички, на кшталт цукру, солі. Є смачна кава і кавоварка. Власники помешкання допомогають у всіх питаннях, які виникають.

10.0Guiseppe a szállásadó elhozott autójával a reptérről, és megmutatta Ercolano nevezetességeit. Később is mindenben segítőkész volt. Hangulatos az udvar, van légkondícionáló, felszerelt konyha kávéfőzővel. Közel van egy kisbolt, a strand, és a Herculaneum romkert. Még gumimatrac és strand napernyő is a rendelkezésünkre állt.

10.0We stayed here as a family with our child and had a wonderful time in this beautiful place. The house is welcoming, spotless, and located very close to the sea! Everything was perfect: neatly arranged towels, a coffee machine with coffee capsules provided, and everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The host is the most wonderful Italian! He gave us a tour of Ercolano, explained how to get around, where to go, and what and where to buy. He was incredibly polite, kind, and helpful. We highly recommend this place for a vacation and would definitely encourage everyone to stay here! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

3.0The location of the apartment was very good, and the sea was within easy walking distance. The host was friendly and helpful at the beginning of our stay, and the key handover process was smooth and convenient.
− The internet connection was extremely poor. Mobile data barely worked, and the Wi-Fi was unreliable, constantly disconnecting and reconnecting. The double bed was comfortable, but the sofas were not suitable for sleeping at all. In my opinion, those sofas should not be advertised as sleeping accommodations. When we raised our concerns with the host, no satisfactory solution was provided. The apartment was also very dark, as it received very little natural light due to the small windows. The bathroom was not particularly clean, and overall cleanliness could have been better. We stayed for one week, and during that time there was no cleaning service, trash removal, or replacement of basic supplies. Overall, the accommodation did not meet our expectations, especially considering the price we paid.
