3.0L’emplacement
− C’était pas propre. Le duvet n’avait pas de couvre duvet. Apparement il font ça à chaque fois et le duvet était sale donc pas lavé depuis longtemps avec carrément du sang et poils. La salle de bains mise très mal au point pas de poubelles ou de tapis de bain. Bref on y retournera pas.

6.0The location of the apartment was excellent – very central, close to the lake, shops, and restaurants. Communication with the agent was smooth and efficient – all questions were answered promptly and clearly.
− Key collection and return had to be done through an agency located elsewhere, which was a bit inconvenient, especially after a long trip. NO basic toiletries were provided – there was NO soap, shower gel, dishwashing liquid, sponge, or kitchen towels. These small essentials would have made the arrival more comfortable. The building has no elevator, which could be difficult for guests with heavy luggage or mobility issues.
This was the perfect location - opposite my sister who lives in Salo, extraordinary concidence
